Spirulina Bio 150 Tablets

Seen under the microscope, spirulina occurs in the form of filaments wound in a spiral, hence its name. This algae is characterized by being exceptionally rich in protein (60 to 70% of its dry weight). Spirulina is especially rich in B vitamins, beta-carotene and essential trace elements such as iron, selenium and mineral salts. To this we must add that this algae is a fabulous source of alpha-linoleic acid after breast milk and some rare oils. How to use: "Take 3 to 6 tablets a day. Maximum recommended daily dose: 6 tablets - 3g."
